‘El Norte de Castilla’ newspaper brought together three entrepreneurs who have shown to be able to move as fish in all kinds of waters: Elena Becoechea, C.E.O of Cilindros y Cromados Palentinos S.L., Best Businesswoman; José Michael Isidro, C.E.O of Europac, Entrepreneur of the Year; and Jose Nicolás Correa, C.E.O of the Grupo Nicolás Correa, who received the recognition for his whole career. Beside them, the president of the Grupo Norte, Jose Rolando Álvarez, who shared his experiences and his professional wisdom in the Gala which was closed by The Reginal Tax and Economy Minister, Pilar del Olmo.
Becoechea demonstrated that ‘the major challenge the company is facing now is the capture of talent’. She attributed the success of the business to the acknowledge acquired by the founder, his father Jesús, and the contributions also of her team of workers. ‘It is necessary to adapt, rely on everybody, and we do put our slogan into practice: The power of a team at your service’. Moreover Cilindros and Cromados Palentinos S.L. has stood out by the innovative impetus of its technology laser welding applied in their products, a process in which is the unique manufacturer in the whole world.
